You would want to make a 25mm long spacer to lower it from 100mm to 75mm. The width depends on your internals. Sometimes the end of a handlebar works.

I agree! It's such a bad jump in a bad place! If it was a Rhythm, or if it was moved forward like heaps, then a berm into 2nd, it would be so sexy.
